"Since joining in summer 2019 I have offered support to the wider committee with all matters relating to channels of communication, in the way we represent our school to new and existing parents both now and in the future. With 10 years experience as a Director of Innovations in retail, I am interested in inspirational and fresh thinking whilst nurturing the family feel culture we have at the pre-school. I have lived in Quarndon for 5 years with sons Caleb and Beau both attending the pre-school since age 2. I have a vested interest and care for the school and its teachers who have provided a warm and supportive environment for my children. The pre-school is an integral part of our community."

Treasurer - Leanne Gelderd

"I joined the committee as Treasurer in Sept 2018 when I moved back to Derbyshire with my family. I am a qualified Management Accountant and have 15 years experience working in Finance. My boys have loved their time at the pre-school, making valuable friendships and having fun in a safe environment. I think the staff are absolutely fantastic and make the pre-school the wonderful place that it is."

Secretary - Maxine Kelly

"Having moved to Quarndon in April 2019 when my daughter was only a few weeks old, she is now loving the pre-school and all of the staff and her little friends there.  I have been working locally in Derby for the last 14 years in a variety of Commercial and Procurement roles and look forward to joining the committee as Secretary.  My daughter started at the pre-school when she turned two and we were delighted at how welcoming the staff and children were and how quickly she has settled and thrived in such a lovely environment."
